At Orbital Design Lab, we aim to deliver exceptional design services with clarity, integrity, and transparency.
Please review our fulfillment and engagement policies below.
Service Delivery
All services (e.g., product design, UX consulting, branding assets) are delivered digitally via secure channels like Google Drive, Notion, or Figma.
Delivery timelines and milestones are defined in the scope of work and communicated in writing. Timeline changes will be discussed promptly if needed.
Revisions
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions per major deliverable, unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions, changes in scope, or expedited timelines may incur extra fees.
Cancellations
Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.
In the event of cancellation:
Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
Prepaid deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future work, subject to approval.
Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our services, no refunds are issued for work already completed or delivered.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any planning or administrative time incurred.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due net 14 days from the invoice date.
Projects are typically billed based on milestones, weekly retainers, or lump-sum agreements, as outlined in the client contract.
Late Payments
A late fee of 5% per month may be applied to past-due invoices.
Continued non-payment may result in paused services and additional collection measures.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to the final deliverables as defined in the agreement.
Orbital Design Lab retains the right to use rejected concepts, drafts, or unused work in future projects unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio Use
Orbital Design Lab reserves the right to showcase completed work (public projects, case studies, visuals, etc.) in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
For non-public or confidential projects, we will obtain explicit written permission from the client before showcasing.
