Fulfillment Policy

Scope of Work

All engagements begin with a mutually agreed-upon scope of work document outlining deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Work outside the defined scope requires a written amendment before it is initiated.

Revisions

Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed amount are billed at the standard hourly rate. Revisions that constitute a material change in direction are treated as new scope.

Delivery

Deliverables are provided in formats specified in the scope of work (e.g., Figma files, design system documentation, prototypes). Final files are transferred upon receipt of final payment. Timelines are contingent on timely feedback and approvals from the client.

Payment Terms

Projects are invoiced according to a milestone schedule agreed upon at project start. A deposit is required before work begins. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in work pausing until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable. Deposits are non-refundable once a project phase has commenced. Any deliverables produced prior to cancellation remain the property of Orbital Design Lab until full payment is received.

Confidentiality

Orbital Design Lab treats all client information as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client work without explicit written consent. Case studies and portfolio entries require client approval prior to publication.

Governing Law

This policy and all engagements are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
