Process

A typical engagement runs 4–6 weeks end to end. Work happens in concentrated sessions outside our full-time hours; reviews and decisions sync with your team during the day. Every step has a named deliverable.

  1. Week 0

We meet. You tell us what's broken.

An hour together — you talk, we take notes. No deck, no pitch. By the end we either agree it's a fit or we don't.

    DeliverableFit decision + engagement shape

  2. Week 1

    We tear the problem apart.

Teardown of your current product, your users, your competitors. You get a document that names the real problem — often not the one you hired us for.

    DeliverableProblem brief + design direction

  3. Week 2–3

    You see something real.

Flows, screens, prototypes — built in Figma, clickable by day 10. We iterate in 2-day loops. You're in every critique.

    DeliverableClickable prototype + iteration notes

  4. Week 4+

    You ship.

Production-ready specs, design tokens, edge cases documented. Your engineers don't have to guess anything. We stay on retainer or we don't — your call.

    DeliverableSpec + tokens + handoff
